Circular advising branches that the NJC Employers’ Side’s offer of a £1,925 pay increase (pro rata’d for part-time and term time only workers) from 1 April 2023 has been accepted by the trade union side, and will now be implemented. The circular also contains advice on the potential impact of the backpay on Universal Credit.
